What You
May Bring:
VET INFORMATION:
Please don't forget your shot records! This information needs to be
updated once a year. Check our
Requirements
page to verify you pet has all the required shots.
LEASH & COLLAR:
Please make sure when you arrive at Fon-Jon, you bring you're pet in
on a leash. We take off all collars for boarding and return your
leash when you drop off your pet.
TOYS:You may
bring a couple of their favorite toys or bones to chew on as well as a
bedding item. We like our guests to feel as comfortable as possible,
there will always be that one toy, towel, treat or blanket from home
that makes their stay here complete. Please remember that any items you
bring in with your pet may not be in quite the same condition when you
pick up your pet. Please understand that your pet may behave in a
different manner while in the kennel, so he may tear or destroy his
bedding or toys. Please make sure to label your pets items, so the are
not mixed up during the cleaning process.
EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER:
Every attempt will be made to provide the care necessary for your pet
should an emergency occur. It is important that you leave a phone number
where you can be reached or an emergency contact person so that
communication between you and the veterinarian can take place in a
timely manner.
IF SOMEONE ELSE DROPS OFF YOUR PET:
If you have made arrangements for someone else to drop off your pet for
boarding please let our Staff know so we can set up the details of your
pets stay, with you, over the phone.
